SUMMER CAMP 2024: **ALL CAMPS ARE FULL**
We are excited to offer 8 weeks of nature summer camps where nature will be our leader and guide as we explore the wild world around us! Each day our scouts will get to explore the natural environment around them to create nature process art, build forts/shelters, do nature scavenger hunts, play forest school games, and so much more!
We will be offering three different locations, rotating between Encinitas, Carlsbad and Oceanside. All camps will be three days, (Tu/W/Th) and camp hours will be 10am-3pm. Masks will NOT be worn for teachers or children.
COST (per camp session): $270 (siblings get a 10% discount)
STEPS FOR REGISTRATION:
- Complete summer camp registration form.
- Families will be notified by March 15 if there is a spot available.
- An invoice will be sent via Brightwheel to pay the $100 non-refundable deposit for each camp session. After May 1, full payment will be due for each camp session.
DEPOSIT: A $100 non-refundable deposit per camp session is due at time of enrollment. This deposit holds your space and helps cover the cost of enrolling your child and preparing for camps, supplies, materials and teachers needed for each camp session. The balance for all camp session(s) will be due by May 1. You are always welcome to pay in full as an alternative.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: You are entitled to a refund minus the $100 non-refundable deposit per camp session if you choose to cancel before May 1. A refund/credit is NOT available if a cancellation is made after May 1.
If you would like to switch your camp week to another week, we will need a written request sent to: info@littlescoutsnatureclasses.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, although we can not guarantee there will be a spot available.
There will be NO makeups/refunds for any missed camp days due to illness, travel, etc. Refunds will ONLY be given for camp days that are canceled by Little Scouts. If we need to cancel in the event of severe weather, extreme heat, or other unforeseen issues, a 50% refund will be issued for the canceled camp day. The remaining 50% will go to our teachers and other fixed costs, and any cancellation announcements will be made through Brightwheel.
